 Stroller Class


This class caters to any Mother with a child stroller age, who have been cleared by a doctor to start an exercise routine. This 45 minute class focuses on core rehabilitation, cardio conditioning and total body strengthening. We will use the strollers to add resistance during cardio segments and to aide in balance during strengthening segments. The stadium and surrounding outdoor elements will become our own personal gym. I understand that as a mother diaper changes and feedings may interrupt your workout. Thats why I offer a 15 minute extension to the class for those that missed part of the workout tending to their little one. As a mother I know the strength woman posses is insurmountable. Lets tap into that inner beast together and show each other the true meaning of being strong as a mother. Daddy’s are welcome too!



Fierce and Fun, this class is designed to guarantee results. Expect energy filled, motivational workouts that will challenge you. This high intensity workout combines interval training, strength and conditioning, functional training and more. Bootcamp classes are designed to burn up to 800 calories an hour. They tone muscle, and boost your resting metabolism, so you will continue to burn calories long after the class is over. Do not let this intimidate you, while you will be asked to give your personal best, not everyone is at the same level of fitness. The beauty of these workouts are that although they are designed to push you, everything can be modified. This allows everyone from the seasoned athlete to the total newbie a workout that will challenge them individually, while having the support and enjoyment group classes offer. Remember its not who you are that holds you back, its who you think you’re not. Together lets prove to yourself that there are no limits to what you can achieve. You are strong! You are fierce! Lets do this!
